Return and Refund Policy

We accept any cancellation that is made prior to items being shipped. if the item has shipped, you will need to follow our return policy below: Customers may return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the cost of return shipping if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item). Any return as a result of personal preference will result in shipping costs to be paid by the customer. If a customer receives product that is either damaged or defective, you must contact us withing 5 calendar days of delivery. After 30 days, products do not qualify for replacement.

Returned items for a full refund must be unopened and unused. If the item appears to have been opened, it will not be eligible for return. You should expect your refund within 3 business days of your return being received. This gives us time to receive and process the item being returned.
